Falayi Femi and Sons Nigeria Limited was founded to carry out civil construction, road infrastructure, drainage and estate development works.
Our heritage
FSNL began in 2013, in a period when Nigeria’s construction sector was expanding faster than its systems of accountability. Estates were rising, roads were being cut through undeveloped land, and speed was often prioritised over the slower, less visible work of quality control.
Oluwafemi Falayi built FSNL as a bet against that pattern. Growth came from a slower kind of reputation, built one client, one project and one satisfied stakeholder at a time.
Who we are
The company has completed projects for private developers, estate owners and government agencies, spanning public roadworks, private residential infrastructure and flood control.
Our team of engineers, surveyors, planners, builders and quantity surveyors has experience ranging from 3 to 30+ years, across hilly, marshy and ravine terrain as well as city environments.
