FSNL was built in 2013 as a bet against a pattern of speed over quality control, at a time when Nigeria’s construction sector was expanding faster than its systems of accountability.
Growth came from a slower kind of reputation, built one client, one project and one satisfied stakeholder at a time. Honesty, discipline and a refusal to compromise on quality became the company’s working principles long before they were written into any formal policy.
